Share Love, Share Hope, Share Hair

green trends Salon has taken an ambitious vision to create awareness & extend support to a noble cause of spreading hope and courage to underprivileged cancer survivors. To offer natural wigs to the needy by conducting hair donation programs & camps to collect hair and to create an ecosystem where donors can donate their hair, without any fear.

Impact of our Initiative

Launched on World Cancer Day, February 4, 2015, Green Trends salon has run its hair donation program for cancer patients for 5 successful years, collecting hair donations and spreading awareness across all its 375+ salons in India and across standalone hair donation camps conducted in colleges, schools and corporates. With an aim to encourage Corporate Firms, Educational Institutes and Social Organisations, the brand has also launched ‘ShairAnywhere’ program in which a specially trained team of stylists will visit the participating organisation and conduct free hair donation camps within the respective premises. A pink hair extension that represents the symbol of hair donation will be given to every donor to help spread awareness to the cause. Every donor will also be presented with a certificate of appreciation to recognize their contribution.

Get The Shaircut

As part of the Green Trends Shair program we have created a unique ‘Shaircut’ developed by the Green Trends’ R&D team that ensures the donors’ current hairstyle does not get affected and looks exactly the same as before they donated. With the Shaircut, there will be no visible impact on the look. A donor can donate as less or as much as they want, only requirement is hair should be 10 inches long which will encourage more people to be part of this noble cause. Visit a Green Trends salon near you for hair donation and donate just a strand of your hair.
