Indulge Card-T&C
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, activation, usage, redemption, and expiry of the Green Trends INDULGE Programme.
By purchasing, activating, or redeeming INDULGE, the client agrees to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below.
1. Programme Owner
INDULGE is a prepaid value programme offered by Green Trends, operated by CKR Retail Pvt. Ltd.
Green Trends reserves the right to manage, modify, suspend, withdraw, or update the programme and its terms at its discretion.
2. Programme Overview
INDULGE allows eligible Green Trends members to pay a predefined amount and receive a higher redeemable programme value, which can be used for eligible salon services at the enrolled Green Trends outlet.
INDULGE is not a cash wallet, gift card, prepaid payment instrument, or transferable value card. It is a closed-loop prepaid salon service value programme.
3. Available INDULGE Plans

The programme value is redeemable only as per the terms defined by Green Trends.
4. Eligibility
INDULGE is applicable only for Green Trends members.
The programme will be linked to the registered mobile number provided at the time of enrolment.
A maximum of 2 active INDULGE cards can be held under one registered mobile number at any given time.
5. Activation and Card ID
INDULGE will be activated only after successful payment and billing.
Each INDULGE purchase will generate a unique digital Card ID.
No physical card will be issued under this programme.
The Card ID and registered mobile number will be used for identification, redemption, balance tracking, and programme communication.
6. Outlet-Specific Redemption
INDULGE can be redeemed only at the Green Trends outlet where the client has enrolled for the programme.
The programme value cannot be redeemed at any other Green Trends outlet.
Clients are advised to verify the enrolled outlet name, Card ID, programme value, and expiry date at the time of purchase.
7. Services Covered
INDULGE is applicable only on eligible salon services, as defined by Green Trends.
The programme is not applicable on:
*Retail product purchases
*Combos Packages
*Bridal Packages
*Promotional services
*Discounted services
*Any other service, category, or offer excluded by Green Trends from time to time
Green Trends reserves the right to define, include, or exclude eligible services under the programme.
8. Clubbing with Offers
INDULGE cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount, coupon, package, combo, promotion, membership benefit, special price service, or campaign benefit, unless explicitly permitted by Green Trends.
If a service is already offered at a promotional or discounted price, INDULGE redemption will not be applicable on that service or bill.
9. GST and Billing
The amount payable for INDULGE is exclusive of applicable GST.
GST will be charged on the amount paid at the time of INDULGE enrolment, as per applicable tax rules.
At the time of service redemption, GST will be calculated and charged as per the final service bill value and applicable billing logic.
The final amount deducted from the INDULGE programme value may include the applicable service value, GST, and programme benefit calculation as configured in the billing system.
Clients are advised to review the bill before authorising redemption through OTP.
10. Validity and Expiry
Each INDULGE card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
The expiry date will be communicated through invoice, SMS, WhatsApp, or other digital communication. Reminder communications do not extend the validity period.
There will be no grace period after expiry.
Any unused balance available after the expiry date will lapse automatically.
No refund, extension, carry-forward, adjustment, or reactivation will be provided for expired or unused balance.
11. Refund, Transfer, and Cash Redemption
INDULGE is non-refundable.
INDULGE is non-transferable.
INDULGE cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
No refund or carry forward will be provided for unused balance, partially used balance, expired balance, client-initiated cancellation, or non-usage during the validity period.
12. Family Usage and OTP Verification
Family members may use the INDULGE programme value, subject to successful OTP verification.
OTP verification is mandatory for every redemption.
The OTP will be sent only to the registered mobile number linked to the INDULGE card.
Green Trends will not process redemption without successful OTP verification.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the registered mobile number is active and accessible at the time of redemption.
13. Multiple Active Cards
If a client has more than one active INDULGE card under the same registered mobile number, each card will have a separate Card ID, balance, purchase date, and expiry date.
Multiple INDULGE cards may be used in the same bill.
For billing and reconciliation purposes, the amount may be deducted first from the card with the lower available balance, unless otherwise defined by the billing system.
The client must confirm the Card ID to be used before OTP verification and billing completion.
14. Partial Payment
If the bill value is higher than the available INDULGE balance, the available INDULGE balance will be fully applied to the bill.
The remaining shortfall must be paid separately by the client.
Accepted payment modes for the shortfall may include cash, card, or UPI, subject to outlet-level payment availability.
For each bill, only following payment modes will be allowed:
INDULGE + Cash
INDULGE + Card
INDULGE + UPI
15. Redemption Cancellation and Reversal
Once an INDULGE redemption transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or restored.
The deducted INDULGE value will not be credited back after billing completion.
Clients are advised to verify the bill value, Card ID, service details, and deduction amount before confirming the OTP.
16. Registered Mobile Number
The registered mobile number is the primary identifier for the INDULGE programme.
Any request for correction or update of the registered mobile number may be reviewed by Green Trends at its sole discretion, subject to verification.
Green Trends reserves the right to reject any request that appears to involve transfer, misuse, unauthorised change, or suspicious activity.
17. Communication
Programme-related communication may be sent through SMS, WhatsApp, invoice, website, QR code, or other digital channels.
This may include Card ID, enrolment confirmation, balance update, redemption confirmation, expiry reminder, lapsed balance update, and other programme-related information.
Clients are advised to retain the Card ID and refer to the latest communication for balance and expiry details.
18. Misuse and Fraud Prevention
Green Trends reserves the right to block, suspend, or restrict redemption of any INDULGE card in case of suspected misuse, fraud, unauthorised access, incorrect information, duplicate claims, system abuse, or violation of programme terms.
Redemption will be subject to successful verification at the enrolled outlet.
19. Programme Modification or Withdrawal
Green Trends reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or update the INDULGE programme, its benefits, eligible services, redemption rules, billing process, or these Terms & Conditions at its discretion.
Green Trends may modify, suspend, or withdraw the INDULGE programme prospectively, without affecting INDULGE cards already issued. Updated terms shall apply as published on the Green Trends website or communicated by the brand through official channels.
Continued use of the programme after such update shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
20. Limitation of Liability
Green Trends shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising due to incorrect mobile number, inactive mobile connection, non-receipt of OTP, delayed communication, expired balance, non-usage during validity, or failure to redeem before the expiry date.
Clients are responsible for checking the programme validity, balance, and redemption terms before availing services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Trends’ liability shall be limited to the unused INDULGE balance at the time of the claim. Green Trends shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
21. Disputes and Final Decision
In case of any dispute, billing concern, eligibility issue, redemption concern, misuse concern, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, the decision of Green Trends management shall be final and binding.

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law, and the courts of Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
